Magenta Momz offers community, resources, and peer support. We are not a medical, mental health, or legal provider. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or call 911.
Who we are
Magenta Momz Inc. is a Georgia 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 87-2116457) in Atlanta, Georgia. These terms apply to your use of magentamomz.org (the "site"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Not professional advice
Our programs, content, and peer support are offered for community and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for your situation. In an emergency, call 911. For mental health support any time, call or text 988.
Donations
Donations are voluntary. Because we are a 501(c)(3), your gift may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please keep your receipt and consult your tax advisor. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us within 15 days at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
Magazine and other purchases
Purchases on the site, such as our magazine, are processed securely by Stripe. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to make it right.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to misuse it, disrupt it, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to harm others.
Our content
The content on this site, including text, images, graphics, and the Magenta Momz name and logo, belongs to Magenta Momz Inc. or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Other websites and services
The site links to and uses third-party services (such as Donorbox, Stripe, Google, YouTube, and social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Magenta Momz Inc. and its directors, volunteers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
